MRUC actively seeks to contribute to a forward-looking view on user needs. MRUC, using the concept of regular User Body meets assesses research needs to help both advancements/innovations on current projects as well as initiate new research projects. Some examples of user-led initiatives are:

  • Quarterly release of readership information
  • Use of color mastheads to check for improved recognition of magazines
  • Group title masthead
  • Use of CAPI
  • Evolve studies such as supplement pull-out research and edition-wise readership to inform and educate decisions on buying and selling of advertising rates

are all examples of user-led initiatives
